Community Outreach

We pride ourselves in being a community first organization. To stay up to date with the needs of our community, we engage in weekly outreach efforts for the underprivileged communities in Downtown Raleigh.

  • Lunches

  • Supply Drives

  • Clothing Donations

Workshops

In an effort to address our primary mission, we organize legal literacy workshops. Each workshop surrounds a different legal issue or concern in the community, with topics ranging from navigating law school to the implications of A.I. on I.P. and patents. We partner with legal professionals to ensure the information delivered is accurate and quality.

Empowering Women Initiative

The empowering women's initiative(EWI) was created for one sole purpose—to provide a platform where women’s voices can be amplified and their presence in different career fields can be explored to better support upcoming generations. Interviews as well as day-in-the-life videos are regularly posted to help the community better understand what it means to find success as a woman and all the different way that success can be achieved.

Fundraising

To raise funds for community outreach efforts, Right to Thrive hosted an introductory summer camp to A.I. drawing from the expertise of students from Stanford, N.C. State, U.C. Santa Barbara, and University of Washington.
